Dr. Linda Reid
Associate Physician Diplomate at the Student Health Service, UCLA


Yolanda (Linda) Reid is an Associate Physician Diplomate at the Student Health Service, UCLA, Department of Primary Care. She works as a Primary Care physician treating ages 16+, and UCLA's student body.

Ms. Reid is also a Clinical Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at UCLA School of Medicine. She also serves as a pediatrician at numerous clinics throughout Los Angeles including: CIGNA; Los Angeles County Health Department; and Kaiser-Permanente-Sunset and West Los Angeles Centers.

Ms. Reid is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, and a member of the American College of Preventive Medicine. She has also served as a member of Provisional Committee on Communications; a member of the editorial board, Health Insights, UCLA publication; and Medical Editor/Writer, Lifetime Medical Television, just to name a few.

Ms. Reid was a contributing author to "The Principles and Practice of Research ", and has been a medical feature reporter for "Healthwatch" on Eyewitness Evening News, at the CBS affiliate in Washington, D.C.

Ms. Reid received her Bachelor of Science, with honors in Zoology at the University of Maryland. She earned her Doctor of Medicine at Georgetown University School of Medicine. She is a Diplomate of the National Board of Medical Examiners, Board Certified in Pediatrics, and is licensed in California, Washington D.C., and Virginia.
